Business Development Representative (BDR) – Automotive
Location: McGrath Acura of Libertyville
Job Type: Full-Time
At McGrath Acura of Libertyville, we pride ourselves on delivering a premium customer experience that matches the Acura brand. Our dealership is fast-paced, team-oriented, and focused on driving results while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction.
Position OverviewWe are looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our Business Development Center. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—responsible for generating appointments and creating opportunities for our sales and service teams.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to inbound leads (phone, internet, text) quickly and professionally
- Make outbound calls to follow up with prospects and prior customers
- Set, confirm, and manage appointments for Sales and Service
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer records
- Follow proven processes to maximize show rates and conversions
- Deliver a high-quality, positive customer experience on every interaction
- Strong communication skills and phone presence
- Customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Coachable, competitive, and team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer/CRM skills
