Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM) Job Responsibilities:- Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to attract new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities
- Create customized solutions to meet clients' logistics needs
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of client solutions
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics industry
