Base Pay Range $70,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Location: Chicago, IL What You’ll Do Self-generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities in international freight. Sell Air and/or Ocean freight services to prospective clients. Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted logistics partner. Collaborate closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Hit and exceed ambitious sales targets while expanding our footprint in the market. What We’re Looking For Proven experience selling Air and/or Ocean freight services. Hunter mentality – you are motivated by generating your own leads and closing new business. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Knowledge of international logistics and supply chain solutions. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
