About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Customer Officer (CCO) with a B2B focus to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning, building, and running a startup within the B2B sector. This role is ideal for ambitious entrepreneurs and serial entrepreneurs who are ready to take on the challenge of scaling a business to €100M+ in revenues. The CCO will be supported by a network of top-tier professionals, including serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders, and will be expected to engage in an extensive personal development journey to enhance their management skills. Key tasks for the CCO include leading the startup's customer strategy, from acquisition to retention, and working closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure a strong product-market fit. The role demands excellent communication skills in English and a willingness to take full responsibility for the startup's success. The CCO will also be involved in team building, hiring top talent, and will receive intensive coaching to prepare the startup for significant funding rounds. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a strategic thinker, and is passionate about driving the growth of a B2B business.
