Project ManagerA well-established commercial General Contractor in Pittsburgh is hiring a Project Manager to join their team! Projects span a diverse mix of commercial work up to $15M, so you'll get real variety, ownership of your projects, and long-term stability. This role offers $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience!Project Manager Qualifications:• 4-10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor• Experience managing commercial projects up to $15M across a diverse mix of project types (office, retail, healthcare, education, industrial, or tenant improvement)• Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control• Experience managing subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and change orders• Excellent relationship-building with owners, architects, and trade partners• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not requiredProject Manager Responsibilities:• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout• Own project budgets, schedules, and monthly cost reporting• Buy out subcontracts and manage subcontractor performance• Partner closely with the field team to keep projects safe, on schedule, and on budget• Serve as the main point of contact for owners and design teamsCompensation & Benefits:• $85,000 - $125,000, depending on experience• Full benefits package• Diverse commercial project mix• Positive, team-oriented company culture• Career growth opportunitiesAll inquiries are 100% confidential.
