Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Position Overview Provides excellent services to our post-offer/onboarding individuals. The primary duties of the role is to facilitate a smooth and positive onboarding experience for newly hired employees. Proactively work with post-offer individuals in helping them through the onboarding process. Ensures the proper forms are signed, appointment scheduled and regular contact made with these individuals. Manages multiple individuals at various steps in the onboarding process and ensuring each step is completed. Coordinate and support the in person new employee orientation. Work with fellow coworkers to address and resolve issues and challenges. Takes on other duties and activities that are routine in nature as time and availability exist. Primary Department, Division, or Unit: Talent Acquisition, UHS Human Resources Primary Work Shift: Day Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation Range: $19.37 - $28.09 per hour, depending on experience ----- Education/Experience Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Read, write, and speak English fluently Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Strong understanding of the customer, ability to solve problems and communicate clearly in a positive manner Intermediate to advanced computer skills Demonstrate ability to handle highly confidential information Excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills, ability to multi-task, and maintain a very high level of accuracy while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and challenging environment Preferred: Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Working knowledge of HR systems, including Workday Experience working in Human Resources, Payroll or Finance License/Certification Minimum Required: Not Applicable Preferred: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP ----- Why You’ll Love Working at UHS At United Health Services (UHS), we believe every connection—to patients, to purpose, to each other—makes a difference.
