Were seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our close-knit team. In this role, you'll be the voice and face of our agency, supporting customers with their insurance needs while maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

• Base pay: $14$21 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service
• Manage policy updates, coverage changes, and general account maintenance
• Handle inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Develop insurance quotes, present tailored solutions, and close sales
• Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• Candidate must obtain an active Property and Casualty License to be considered. Licensing Assistance Provided!
• Candidate must have previous experience in an office-like setting. Preferably in the insurance field but not required.
• Current insurance license preferred but not required for the "right" person
• Comfortable using computer systems and working in a digital environment
• Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and upsell policies in those situations
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Positive, personable, and solution-oriented attitude
