HVAC Technician Instructor

You'll teach hands-on skills alongside the theory behind them, and you'll watch people go from knowing nothing about HVAC to landing their first job in the industry. That part doesn't get old. What You Bring 3+ years of HVAC experience in the field S1 or S2 CT license 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience EPA 608 certification (required within first 3 months) OSHA 30 certification (required within first 3 months) Universal EPA 608 Refrigerant Recovery License High school diploma/GED The ability to explain what you know to someone who doesn't know it yet A genuine interest in seeing other people succeed Key Responsibilities For HVAC Instructors Teach and provide hands-on training in HVAC Technology in our fully equipped facility Facilitate and effectively deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum using our Blended Learning Model Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability through advising and mentoring Evaluate and communicate progress with students fairly and consistently Teach students about the importance of safety and compliance Maintain a professional, visitor-ready classroom environment Complete Lincoln Instructor Foundational Training (LIFT) program Prepare students for a successful career in the field of HVAC Technology Why Join Us? $12,000 Sign on Bonus!* Full-time 4-day work week, no weekends!
