Application Support Engineer

Artech Information Systems LLC

Title: Application Support Engineer
Contract: 12 - 18 Months (Can extend upto 24 months)
Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite and 2 days remote, 8 hours mandatory)
Pay Range: $60 - $65/hr on W2
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 from Day 1

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7+ Years Experience
Experience supporting .NET applications hosted on Windows/IIS environments.
Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX operating systems and Shell scripting .
Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools, including:
- Bitbucket
- Jenkins
- JFrog Artifactory
- Ansible Tower
- XL Release
Experience with application deployments, production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
Knowledge of code migration processes and source control best practices.
Experience performing application maintenance, upgrades, and patch deployments.
Strong understanding of platform monitoring, capacity planning, and operational support.
