Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Missouri PT license required
• Experience in a school setting or pediatric population preferred
• Familiarity with early childhood development and PreK/elementary school environments
• Ability to manage a school-based caseload and tailor support for young students
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, staff, and families
• Must complete district fingerprinting and technology documentation requirements

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy interventions for PreK students attending Monday-Thursday
• Support motor development, participation, and inclusion through individualized programming
• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans and progress notes according to school and district guidelines
• Collaborate consistently with school staff and families for comprehensive care coordination
• Ensure compliance with IEP/504 plan objectives for each student served
• Travel between two assigned school campuses as required
