This contract opportunity calls for a dedicated and personable pediatric physical therapist with a passion for fostering mobility, independence, and confidence in the PreK age group. Key Qualifications:

• Active Missouri Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric PT settings preferred
• Willingness to complete time-sensitive credentialing steps (including fingerprinting and technology forms)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with young children, staff, and families
• Organized, dependable, and adaptable, with the ability to consistently commit to three days per week

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct PT interventions to students in early childhood programs, focusing on developmental and educational needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Serve as a resource on mobility, positioning, and accommodations within the school setting
• Rotate between two school sites, maintaining clear schedules and consistent care
• Stay current on best practices in pediatric and school-based physical therapy

This contract role offers approximately 22.5 hours per week across three consistent days, with flexibility to choose your preferred schedule (Monday–Thursday; students attend four days).
