Job Description
JSG is recruiting a Documentation Specialist for a client in Elkton VA. This role offers you the opportunity to support critical operations within a renowned organization, ensuring precise handling and organization of essential documents that drive success and compliance. Pay $24.87/hour. Required Skills: Working toward or completed associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, computer, or library science related field, or 2+ years of relevant work experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Nice to Have Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy. Experience with database entry and information retrieval. Familiarity with electronic document management systems and Microsoft SharePoint. Technical writing experience. Proven analytical aptitude and critical thinking skills. Preferred Education and Experience: Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Prior experience working with document management systems and electronic records management. Other Requirements: Ability to handle both paper and electronic documents according to established procedures. Capable of applying records retention policies and managing document lifecycle processes. Willingness to manage document delivery and generate reports as needed. Johnson Service Group, Inc.
