Job Duties and Responsibilities: Facilitate personalized, one‑on‑one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition Job Qualifications and Skills: High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license Benefits and Perks: Competitive pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour Flexible hours – find the work‑life balance you've been looking for!
