Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

This role is hands-on and execution-focused. The work is structured, detail-driven, and consistent-so someone who takes pride in getting things right and keeping things on track will do well here.

What You'll Do

• Answer employee questions about policies, systems, and day-to-day processes
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding so transitions run smoothly
• Keep employee records clean, accurate, and up to date
• Review time entries and support payroll accuracy
• Help manage workers' comp claims and return-to-work processes
