Digital Marketing Specialist

Our client is seeking a CRM Platform Marketing Specialist to develop and execute acquisition and lifecycle marketing programs designed to increase customer engagement, conversion, and loyalty. This role combines hands-on CRM campaign execution with data-driven audience strategy and will support personalized, omni-channel customer experiences across multiple touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Build and execute omni-channel customer journeys, including promotional and transactional campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, and in-app channels. Leverage first-party customer data and CRM/CDP platforms to develop audience segments based on customer behaviors, attributes, and lifecycle stages. Use SQL and rule-based logic to support audience creation, targeting, segmentation, and campaign QA. Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to continuously improve campaign performance, engagement, and conversion. Create personalized and dynamic customer experiences using templating and scripting languages such as AMPscript or Liquid. Set up, QA, monitor, and troubleshoot automated and triggered campaigns to ensure accurate and timely deployment. Maintain strong email and SMS deliverability practices, including list hygiene and SPF/DKIM/DMARC best practices. Ensure campaigns comply with applicable regulations and standards, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR/CCPA, TCPA, and 10DLC requirements. Partner cross-functionally with product, data, analytics, personalization, legal, and marketing teams to translate business needs into campaign and data requirements. Support lifecycle measurement and reporting by ensuring campaigns are properly configured for performance analysis, testing, and measurement. Continuously improve campaign processes, tools, and QA practices to increase speed, quality, and reliability. Required Qualifications 2–5+ years of hands-on lifecycle marketing, CRM, email marketing, or related experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong experience with CRM, ESP, or marketing automation platforms such as Zeta Marketing Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar. Experience developing dynamic and personalized content using AMPscript, Liquid, or similar scripting/templating languages. Working knowledge of SQL for marketing applications, including audience creation, complex segmentation, and list/count validation. Understanding of email deliverability and authentication practices, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Knowledge of marketing compliance requirements, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR/CCPA, TCPA, and 10DLC for SMS. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on campaign QA and accurate execution. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing omni-channel, one-to-one marketing programs and dynamic content across multiple brands, products, or customer segments. Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows for content development, QA, or marketing decisioning.
