Role Description The Director of Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV, responsible for overseeing daily operational activities and ensuring efficient delivery of modular wall containment services. This role manages end-to-end project execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with field teams to meet client timelines and quality standards. The Director of Operations will lead and develop operations staff, implement processes to improve productivity, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also involves working closely with sales and customer service teams to support estimates, resolve client issues, maintain strong relationships, and uphold service excellence. Budget oversight, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement of operational workflows are key components of the day-to-day responsibilities.
