The team has built and launched Merchant Center for Agencies which recently launched globally in May 2026. We now have 1000+ agencies that spend ~$XB in ad spend on our platform. Lead a critical area for advertising agencies aligned with Commerce goals. This is an opportunity to lead an early stage project with broad future potential and growth. Users come first at Google. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Build AI forward experiences for Agencies. Lead the strategic investment in up leveling Agencies as first class citizens. Lead the build out of a scalable backend and frontend infrastructure to generate and serve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), insights and recommendations for Agencies. Lead the project from its early stage to scale. Create and drive longer term strategy, roadmap and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Work cross-functionally with various teams to land and deliver large cross-functional projects. Establish a strong culture of engineering excellence on the team.
