Maintain a clean and organized environment inside the OMNI Space Bin storage to organize members' orders used based on gold standards. Storage bins regularly cleaned and maintained based on safety standards. Know your Business Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Process member purchases quickly and courteously by picking merchandise from a pick list. Utilize a handheld scanner (RF) to pick and verify orders from the sales floor. Communicate problems with inventory, expired or short‑dated items on the pick list. Inform the club team when merchandise needs replenishment. Work with the team to pull merchandise from reserve area to avoid sales floor replenishment. Ensure all orders are picked within productivity requirements. Work with high urgency to meet deadlines and key performance indicators. Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship-from-Club. Takes responsibility for individual performance and works with leadership when metrics are not met. Securely package the order per standard operating procedures. Ensure the SFC area is neat, clean, and organized. Perform general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard, handling damaged goods and spoiled products per SOP. Process returns to the club and determine handling via DDR or Membership desk. Maintain all club policies and procedures, including proper dress code. Meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements, performance metrics, and goals. Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential. Qualifications Previous order pulling experience preferred. Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred. Previous RF scanner experience preferred. Job Conditions Most of the time spent moving continuously on hard surfaces; may require bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, reaching, and stooping. Requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds; may require lifting heavier objects with assistance. Environment may involve loud equipment and temperature extremes when pulling refrigerated orders. May involve occasional exposure to company‑approved cleaning agents. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.
