Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and thoroughly document medical histories, leveraging the EPIC EMR system for accuracy in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver cohesive, patient-centered care that meets the specific needs of individuals.
• Perform detailed physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and formulate tailored treatment plans that prioritize each patient's health goals.
• Administer vaccinations and medications while educating patients on preventive health strategies and necessary lifestyle modifications to promote overall wellness.
• Monitor chronic health conditions, providing appropriate management and coordinating referrals to specialty care teams as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment measures through our EPIC EMR system.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices and staying updated on emerging medical trends and advancements.
• Deliver compassionate, individualized patient care while building lasting relationships with patients and their families, promoting trust and comfort.
• Uphold ethical and legal standards in all aspects of medical practice, ensuring patient confidentiality and high-quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a broad patient demographic spanning all age groups, including infants, children, adults, and seniors. Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Possess a valid PA certification and state license.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant is required.

• Experience working with a diverse patient population in a family medicine setting is advantageous.
