Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and obtain detailed patient medical histories to inform treatment plans.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, tailoring interventions to meet individual patient needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging studies and laboratory tests, to facilitate accurate diagnoses.
• Educate patients and their families about best practices in disease prevention, management strategies, and health promotion.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records, adhering to healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in regular case discussions with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation and communication, enhancing workflow efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve patients experiencing a wide range of pain-related conditions, including but not limited to post-surgical pain, chronic headaches, arthritis, and neuropathic pain. A strong emphasis will be placed on understanding each patient's unique circumstances and tailoring care to address their specific challenges and goals. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is mandatory; advanced nursing education is preferred.
• A current Registered Nurse Licensure and Nurse Practitioner certification in the state of New York are essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in pain management or related practice.
• Exceptional clinical skills, along with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, with evidence of being a positive team player.
• Proficient in working autonomously while also collaborating effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) are required.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience in outpatient pain management settings, telehealth services, or those proficient in managing electronic health records will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 160,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
