First Shift Entry Level Machine Operator $19.50/hr

Edwards Lifesciences seeks an entry-level machine operator for first-shift manufacturing in Salt Lake City. The role involves setting up equipment, running production processes for device components, performing quality inspections, and maintaining manufacturing records in compliance with regulated standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up equipment, load materials, and operate manufacturing processes for device components
- Record production data on device history records and enter information into Manufacturing Execution System
- Inspect equipment and products during production to ensure process control and specification compliance
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot process issues with escalation
- Handle chemicals, operate laser equipment if assigned, and maintain required safety protocols
Requirements
- English fluency: read, comprehend, write, and speak
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous machinery operation experience preferred
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
- Ability to use inspection systems and measuring tools
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing procedures or regulated environments
- Commitment to quality standards and safety protocols
Compensation: $19.50/hour
