JT Solution Partners is seeking experienced Apartment Leasing Consultants to join our team and support beautiful apartment communities in the Reno area . If you have a passion for helping people find their perfect home and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents and prospective tenants in a professional, friendly manner
- Conduct property tours and highlight key features and amenities
- Answer phone and email inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up on leads
- Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and ensure accurate data entry
- Assist with marketing, resident events, and daily office tasks
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and community appearance
Requirements:
- Previous apartment leasing or property management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Knowledge of leasing software (Yardi, OneSite, AppFolio, or similar) a plus
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends if needed
