We Are Seeking Qualified Applicants For The Position Human Resources Generalist Located Arlington Summary The Human Resources Generalist reports to the Human Resources Services Manager, and is located in Arlington, VA. This position provides administrative support to the Human Resources department. The HR Generalist assists with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in all HR processes. General Description Duties & Responsibilities Administer employee badge access processes, including coordinating badge issuance for new hires, managing access changes, and processing badge deactivation for terminated employees in Arlington and Houston. Maintain accurate records and tracking of employee badge access and related changes in accordance with company procedures. Monitor the HR inbox, providing timely and professional support to employees and internal stakeholders. Respond to and coordinate requests related to verification of employment and other routine HR inquiries. Coordinate business card orders and related employee requests. Coordinate the arrangement and delivery of flowers or other appropriate expressions of sympathy for employees experiencing the loss of an immediate family member. Support background check processes, including monitoring completion, reviewing clearance status, and coordinating follow-up as needed. Conduct new hire onboarding orientation to ensure a positive and efficient employee experience including issuing first-day communications. Provide administrative support for HR programs, processes, and initiatives. Assist with HR reporting, tracking, and data maintenance as needed. Support special projects and other HR-related initiatives as assigned. Coordinates with the legal department to facilitate the collection of required signatures for immigration petitions. Qualifications Required experience 2+ years of experience in human resources, HR operations, or a related administrative role. Combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Workday experience Required Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
