Wealthspire is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Senior Human Resources Generalist to be a key resource for employees and managers across many HR functions. This role involves employee support, performance management, project management, and HR operations. The focus is on providing a positive employee experience, ensuring adherence to policies, and improving processes. This role provides an outstanding chance to support workforce initiatives, improve HR programs and processes, and help drive organizational growth and employee engagement. Employee and Manager Assistance

Act as the main contact for employee and manager HR questions.

Provide mentorship on company policies, procedures, benefits, and HR programs.

Support managers with performance-related documentation and corrective action processes.

Advance complex employee relations matters and investigations to HR leadership.

Process employee status changes, organizational updates, and HR transactions.

Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

Performance Management & Compensation Support

Support annual performance review and goal-setting processes.

Coordinate employee recognition and engagement initiatives.

Project Management & Process Improvement

Complete HR projects from planning through completion.

Support organizational initiatives, system implementations, and policy rollouts.

Maintain project trackers and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports.

Monitor trends related to turnover, hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR activities.

Maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

4-7 years of progressive HR experience.

Experience assisting various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations support, performance management, and HR operations.

Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize various tasks and follow projects through to completion.

Working knowledge of employment laws and HR guidelines.

Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in financial services, professional services, or a fast-growing organization.

Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
