If interested in this Assistant Operations I position, contact Milos Pavlovic at View phone number on click.appcast.io or View email address on click.appcast.io Assistant Operations I Compensation: pay $17.50/hr ; benefits after 90 days ; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates) Assistant Operations I Highlights: contract (initially ~90 days) with potential to extend and possible conversion based on attendance/performance/business needs; required availability: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM ; warehouse is climate controlled ; physically demanding—must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Assistant Operations I Responsibilities Coordinate, assemble, and package patient orders for shipment Retrieve shipping documents/labels and organize for picking Assist with packing/shipping medications; track shipments and report undelivered packages Maintain clean/organized stock areas; restock picking areas Conduct physical inventory and daily cycle counts Organize daily shipping reports for leadership review Assist with purchasing, receiving inventory, and reconciling inventory balances Help manage product/supply levels and returned goods per SOP guidelines Assistant Operations I Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year warehouse experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs solo; frequent reaching/twisting/bending/stooping/walking Comfortable with computers; MS Word/Excel; 10-key; typing (about 20 wpm desired) Able to read, write, and understand English Pharmacy technician license/certification as required by your state’s pharmacy regulations Assistant Operations I Preferred Qualifications Purchasing and/or data entry experience Shipping/packing experience with national carriers Pallet jack experience Pharmacy experience If you think this Assistant Operations I position is a good fit, reach out—call, email, or apply. *
