Position Overview The Senior Manager, Lifecycle & CRM will drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of Pique's customer lifecycle programs. You'll build and run a best-in-class retention engine that maximizes customer lifetime value, subscription growth, and loyalty across our DTC ecommerce business. You will own the day-to-day of CRM, email, SMS, loyalty, and customer journeys — bringing together customer insights, creative storytelling, and data-driven strategy to deliver personalized, high-performing campaigns. This role is hands-on: you set the plan and you ship it, partnering closely with creative, product, and growth to move retention, reduce churn, and raise LTV. This role reports to the Associate Director of Lifecycle CRM. Responsibilities Lifecycle Strategy & Execution Own and execute Pique's lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, push, loyalty, and on-site experiences. Build and optimize customer journeys across onboarding, retention, and winback to maximize LTV and engagement. Run segmentation and personalization informed by data, testing, and customer insights. Partner with creative and brand teams to deliver messaging aligned with Pique's luxury positioning and wellness lifestyle. Set and track KPIs for retention and lifecycle performance; report results and continuously optimize. Subscription Growth & Retention Execute strategies to increase subscription adoption, reduce churn, and improve subscriber satisfaction. Collaborate with product, performance marketing, and CX to optimize the end-to-end subscription experience. Test and scale retention tactics including loyalty, rewards & referral programs, and surprise & delight initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration Manage cross-functional promotional campaigns aligned to the editorial calendar. Partner with performance marketing, product, data, and creative teams so lifecycle efforts ladder up to overall growth objectives. Champion a culture of testing, learning, and excellence. Manage external vendors and platforms to ensure operational excellence and innovation. Requirements 4–6+ years of CRM, lifecycle, and retention marketing experience, including direct experience with a DTC eCommerce subscription business (required). Proven ability to drive measurable improvements in retention, churn, and customer LTV. Strong command of CRM platforms, ESPs, and analytics tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Postscript, Google Analytics, Looker). Expertise in building and optimizing customer journeys, personalization, and segmentation. Data-driven marketer with hands-on experience running A/B and multivariate tests at scale. Strong collaboration and people skills, with experience mentoring junior team members a plus. Excellent communication and storytelling across functions.
