Member Service Representative I Location: Rome, NY Starting Rate - $19.84 to $24.80/hour , actual rate will depend on experience. Status: Full Time Position is incentive & bonus eligible! Member Service Representative – AmeriCU Credit Union (Rome, NY) AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences and building meaningful relationships. As a Member Service Representative , you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission of helping members live life, dream big, and achieve financial success. What You’ll Do as a Member Service Representative Member Experience & Service: Greet members enthusiastically, model the team culture, and act as the primary liaison for traditional teller transactions and interactive teller machine (ITM) technology. Relationship Building & Growth: Retain, expand, and acquire member relationships by cross-selling products, conducting courtesy calls, and meeting annual sales and relationship goals. Internal Partnerships & CRM Management: Collaborate with business partners to deepen member relationships and accurately record all member interactions in the CRM system. Training & Onboarding: Serve as the lead trainer for desk and teller line new hires within the Financial Center, providing regional support as needed. Operations & Compliance: Perform account servicing and file maintenance while strictly adhering to credit union policies, operational risk controls, and regulatory standards (including BSA and SAFE Act). Community Engagement: Demonstrate active involvement and engagement within the local community.
