Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Transactional Attorney in Newport Beach, CA. The firm focuses on business, real estate, finance, and trust matters. This role requires in-office work four days a week.
Duties
- Structure, negotiate, and document business, real estate, and financial transactions.
- Handle business formations and assist with purchases and sales.
- Manage mergers and acquisitions.
- Advise on investments and buy-outs.
- Oversee financings and address title issues.
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in transactions.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of hands-on transactional experience.
- Experience handling business, real estate, and/or financial matters.
- Proficiency in structuring, negotiating, and documenting transactions.
- Experience with business formations, purchases, sales, M&A, investments, buy-outs, and/or financings.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in California.
Skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
