Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of data centre projects, from initial planning and design through to execution and completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in data centre construction and operations.
• Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on data centre or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Day-to-Day

• Oversee daily project activities, ensuring all tasks are on track and aligned with project objectives.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to review progress and address any issues.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
• Perform site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to manage resources, materials, and vendor relationships.
• Resolve conflicts and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Continuously evaluate project performance and implement improvements as needed.
