Our Restaurant is looking for Leaders who have a passion for excellence and for serving others. A Team Leader influences our ability to create remarkable experiences for every guest and is a crucial part of our team. Along with a competitive paycheck, you will work in an empowering environment where you will develop valuable business and people skills. You will be coached and supported as a valuable part of a High Performance Leadership Team.
The role of a Team Leader is to pursue operational excellence during their shift, show CARE and hospitality toward guests, maintain the highest standards of integrity and food safety, and act as a role model for the team. Requirements/Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week and at least 3 shifts
• At least 12 month employment commitment, with opportunities for advancement.
• Excellence in daily Operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Respectful and Immediate response to guest needs
• Take Initiative and Work Efficiently
• Accurately count register drawers, with integrity
• Coach fellow team members
• Take and Assemble Catering Orders
• Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines

Job opportunities are generally offered as full time or part time.
