We’re looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our restaurant team! As the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of our daily operations, from overseeing employees to maintaining inventory and supplies, to ensuring our guests are thrilled with their experience. $50,000.00 yearly – Full‑time Responsibilities Lead and run excellent shifts. Deliver top quality food. Enjoy customer service the Jersey Mikes way. Use communication skills to motivate team members. Role‑model a sense of urgency. Expectations Work 45+ hours a week. Hire and develop your team. Maintain open communication with AGM and DM. Lead your team by example, embracing our standards at Jersey Mikes. Maintain food safety standards.
