As a Senior Client Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless payroll processing for our valued clients. This position acts as the primary liaison for a portfolio of clients, providing comprehensive support, training, and issue resolution.WHAT YOU'LL DOClient Management: Oversee and manage a designated portfolio of Coastal largest and most complex clients, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with daily deadlines.Training and Support: Assist clients with the training and ongoing use of our web-based human capital management products, empowering them to maximize the system's capabilities.Payroll Analysis: Help clients analyze payroll reports and develop customized reporting tools to meet business needs.Customer Service: Handle a high volume of incoming calls and support cases, delivering top-notch customer service with every interaction.Professional Development: Work directly under company management to deepen your payroll knowledge and become an expert in the field.WHAT YOU'LL BRINGIndustry Experience: Proven knowledge and/or experience in payroll and human resources functions and complex payroll principles required.
