What You'll Do:

• Provide inpatient hematology and oncology care, handling both benign and malignant cases
• Support hematology/oncology patients through diagnostics, treatments, and consultations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including APPs and physicians
• Assist with hematology procedures and patient management
• Document patient encounters in EPIC EMR
• Contribute to patient education and discharge planning
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and licensing requirements

What You Need:

• Valid Minnesota state license
• Certification: PA or APP (board-certified)
• Experience with hematology patients, both benign and malignant
• Comfort working with diverse patient populations across all ages
• Skills: Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and excellent communication
• Preferred: Experience with hematology inpatient services and knowledge about bone marrow procedures
• Additional Certifications: BLS and ACLS
