Ability to proactively seek support and communicate needs effectively. Solid foundational clinical skills and awareness of professional boundaries and scope of competence. Developing or established operational and leadership capabilities. Strong supervision, coaching, and mentorship skills. Essential Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and authorization requests in accordance with insurance, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Meet established billable service expectations. Provide supervision, training, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB and organizational standards. Maintain compliance with all applicable BACB Ethics Code requirements. Implement evidence-based clinical practices and organizational standards, including those established by leading organizations such as CASP and BHCOE. Develop strong collaborative relationships with caregivers and provide education on treatment implementation and progress. Coordinate care and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary providers and stakeholders. Participate in regular clinical supervision and case review meetings with leadership to discuss client progress and treatment planning.
