General Accountant Work Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site required) Compensation: $66,000 – $74,000/year Overview We’re looking for a hands‑on General Accountant to support a small, growing organization. This role will handle a mix of day‑to‑day accounting tasks, including AP, AR, and general ledger work, while assisting with month‑end close and reporting. What You’ll Do Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries Handle AP/AR processing (invoices, payments, billing, collections follow‑up) Perform account and bank reconciliations Support month‑end close and financial reporting Assist with payroll, audits, and process improvements What You Bring 2–5+ years of accounting experience Knowledge of basic GAAP and full‑cycle accounting Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats Why Join Hybrid flexibility Small team environment with high visibility Opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr
