Our core business objective is incredibly unique: We partner with Credit Unions, Nonprofits, and Labor Unions to deploy a white-labeled "Economic Lifeline" framework. Your job will be to create a massive wave of B2B awareness and structured visibility on LinkedIn. **You will NOT focus on consumers.** Your absolute and only priority is capturing the attention of high-level, C-suite executives, financial leaders, credit union directors, and labor union heads on LinkedIn to drive pipeline traffic to our executive portals.

**Responsibilities**

* **Weekly Calendar & Scheduling Management:** You will build, organize, and maintain a rigorous weekly posting and scheduling calendar. We will provide the core content assets—your job is to optimize, schedule, and deploy them with absolute consistency.
* **C-Level LinkedIn Engagement:** Actively hunt, comment on, and engage daily with targeted C-level executive profiles and financial directors on LinkedIn. Your commentary must be highly intelligent, fast, authoritative, and structured to pull executives over to our timeline.
* **The LinkedIn Timeline Guard:** You are expected to post on our business timeline and promptly respond to every single comment left on our posts with zero lag. You keep the professional conversation moving.
* **B2B Group Infiltration:** Find and embed yourself in exactly **10 highly targeted, active LinkedIn groups** that explicitly serve institutional leadership—specifically focusing on **Credit Unions**, **Labor Unions**, and trade associations. You will strategically position our institutional frameworks within these ecosystems without getting banned.
* **Brand Voice Guard:** Keep our tone crisp, peer-to-peer, and highly corporate. You must know how to talk to a Credit Union CFO or Board Member with the authority of a tech partner, never sounding like a standard social media spam bot.

**Requirements**

* **C-Suite Communication Elite:** Proven experience communicating on LinkedIn with high-level financial or corporate decision-makers. You understand corporate B2B dynamics.
* **Out-Of-The-Box Doer:** You need to "get the big picture" and clearly understand what we are doing. I don’t want to hire someone who has to be told what to do every step of the way. The more you know, the more you contribute, the more you're valued—resulting in more money. No talkers. Doers only please.
* **Calendar & Scheduling Tools Proficient:** Expert-level capability utilizing social media scheduling dashboards (Buffer, Hootsuite, Publer, or similar software) to keep a multi-day queue locked and loaded.
* **Impeccable English & Real-Time Availability:** Perfect written and spoken English is mandatory. You must be available and highly responsive via WhatsApp during your exact shift.
* **Shift Requirement:** Must be available between **8:00 AM – 12:00 Noon PDT**. More hours can be added upon approval and performance tracking.
* **Reliable Setup:** You must have a full computer setup (not just a cell phone) backed up by reliable power/battery solutions.
* **Portfolio Required:** You must present concrete examples of previous LinkedIn B2B lead-generation, scheduling calendars, or executive community management campaigns you have personally executed.
* **The Anti-Talker Test:** Be prepared to identify the specific 10 groups or target angles you would attack for our credit union outreach right out of the gate.
