Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Medical Unit

Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical Unit in Dulles, VA. This full-time, on-site position involves delivering evidence-based care to adult patients in a state-of-the-art, 124-bed acute care facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform IV therapy.
• Provide wound care and educate patients and their families.
• Ensure precise documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Adhere to stringent safety and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and mentor new staff members.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in medical/surgical nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
