- Weekend Call: 24 hours every 4 weeks

- Must work weekend shifts as needed in lieu of weekday shifts based on department needs
- Block Schedules: Not required
- Shift Length: 1:1 patient care ratio (presumed per surgery)
- 48-Hour Work Weeks: Not approved
