Highly organized, capable of juggling multiple client accounts, and adept at problem‑solving with empathy and professionalism. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. An effective communicator, who values relationships and possesses the flexibility to respond to after‑hours emergencies as part of an on‑call rotation. Bilingual Spanish/English (Preferred). High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and community outreach programs. Track and report sales activity and performance metrics to upper management. Must be proficient in creating, sending, and signing documents with electronic software such as Adobe Sign Pro and DocuSign. Must be proficient in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other video software meeting tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.). Must have strong operating system navigation, proficiency with office suites, effective internet research, basic cybersecurity awareness, and the ability to manage electronic files and data effectively. CRM software experience (preferred). Key Details: Job Type: Full‑time Required Experience: Minimum 4‑5 years in sales, preferably in the restoration or construction industry. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials, and climb ladders as needed for site visits. Ability to be outside in hot weather over 100 degrees as needed during work hours. Location: Central Valley, CA, with reliable commute or plan to relocate before work commencement. Travel: Role requires regular driving travel throughout the Central Valley.
