Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and the resources available to them.

• Delivering individual, couple, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Creating personalized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions, fully engaging clients in their therapeutic journey.

• Collaboratively working with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop integrated treatment strategies.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that empower clients with knowledge and improved coping strategies.

• Providing crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed, ensuring every client’s safety and comfort.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential documentation respecting ethical and legal standards, contributing to continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will directly impact a diverse client population dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By utilizing client-centered therapeutic techniques, you will help them navigate their emotional complexities and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
