Hospital Liaison - Respiratory & DME Care

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Hospital Liaison to coordinate discharge planning for patients requiring respiratory and DME services. You will work with hospital case managers to ensure timely equipment delivery and educate patients on proper use, with travel to patient homes using a company vehicle.
