Salesforce Developer

Owning the Salesforce platform end-to-end, the full-time remote Salesforce Developer will manage daily administration, configuration, and custom development while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure the platform's health and scalability. Key responsibilities Oversee day-to-day administration and configuration of the Salesforce platform, including debugging production issues and managing sandbox environments Design and develop custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and maintain API integrations with third-party systems Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring compliance with governor limits and long-term maintainability Required qualifications 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience, including Apex and Salesforce data model design Strong proficiency with Salesforce Flow and experience building Lightning Web Components At least 2 active Salesforce certifications spanning both the administrator and developer tracks Experience with REST or SOAP API integrations and a deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits 1 year of AI experience, particularly in implementing AI features within Salesforce Virtual Vocations Inc
