Job Summary Seeking an Account Executive to drive home health referral growth by cultivating business partnerships through strategic sales contacts, calls, and presentations to physicians, facilities, discharge planners, and community agencies. This role will focus on developing and executing territory plans to achieve growth goals and enhance our agency's market presence. The Account Executive will drive referral growth within their assigned territory by strategizing and executing plans that strengthen relationships with facilities, physicians, and community agencies. Conduct impactful sales calls and presentations to targeted referral sources, staying informed about provider services to effectively communicate new programs. Collaborate closely with internal teams, you will ensure smooth communication and support for patient care, while also maintaining updated customer profiles, call logs, and proactive follow‑up plans. Additionally, the role involves supporting marketing initiatives through physician outreach, educational sessions, and community engagement, and preparing detailed monthly reports on referral metrics to monitor market trends and optimize growth strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage priorities independently. Knowledge of home health care services is advantageous. Proficiency in relevant software for data analysis.
