Intake Specialist - Preszler Injury Lawyers (Cambridge)

Job description Preszler Law Firm is looking for a remote or hybrid Intake Specialist to work in the Litigation Department located in Alberta or British Columbia. The role involves handling calls, evaluating potential cases, documenting client information, scheduling appointments, and other related duties. Main Tasks and Responsibilities Handle incoming calls from potential clients. Evaluate potential client cases to determine if they meet the firm’s case criteria. Ensure that client information is properly documented. Schedule appointments. Perform other job‑related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Background in sales and/or customer service. Highly organized with the ability to multi‑task, learn fast, and work in a team environment. Strong work ethic and self‑starter, able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast‑paced environment. Detail oriented. People person with a friendly and compassionate attitude. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. General computer and typing skills. Interest in helping vulnerable people during a traumatic time. Customer service: 4 years (required). Insurance adjusting: 2 years (preferred). Law office: 3 years (preferred). Case management: 2 years (required).
