Leasing Agent - TIAM

The Leasing Agent at TI Asset Management reports directly to on-site Property Manager(s) and acts as a key liaison between residents and third-party vendors. This role ensures properties meet company standards for profitability, resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and asset preservation.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the day-to-day operations of assigned property, ensuring adherence to TI Asset Management’s standards and policies.Help to ensure properties are well-maintained, physically secure, and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.Foster positive tenant relationships, address resident concerns promptly, and implement retention programs to minimize turnover and vacancies.Assist with maximizing occupancy and rental income through effective strategies, collaborating directly with on-stie property manager(s)Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, codes, and regulatory requirements, including affordable housing programs where applicable.Help respond to property emergencies and support property management.Compensation & Benefits:Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development opportunities.About TI Asset Management:TI Asset Management, Inc. manages a diverse portfolio of thousands of units, including conventional and rent-restricted multifamily, office, and retail properties.
