Apigee System Administrator
Location: Miramar, FL (Onsite) Duration: Contract Experience: 10+ Years
Job Description:
• Apigee Installation Both (On-prem and Cloud) Multi node deployment in AWS and On-prem.
• Integrating Apigee with authentication system eg ADS Certificate management
• Key parameters to monitor Apigee using Grafana/AppD Component troubleshooting Upgrade/maintenance Apigee capacity expansion Apigee X Deployment on sandbox environment
• Coordinates with App teams and gather deployment requirements.
• Lead the design and implementation of API Gateway solutions both on prem and Cloud.
• Lead analytical and consulting working sessions to solve technical problems faced by the application teams trying to onboard to Apigee Gateway.
• Lead Capacity Planning and Management activities to ensure that the Apigee platform will be able to handle additional transactions in the future.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to the Apigee platform API Gateway.
• Lead root cause analysis session to understand cause of issues in Production and come up with solutions that will prevent them from happening in the future.
• Ensures adherence to SLAs by resolving tickets.
• Performs system health checks and reports anomaly
