A housing development organization in Chicago seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will communicate issues, process leases, and manage rent collection while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, along with a high school diploma and experience in affordable housing.
