Full-Time | Monday through Friday

$35,000-$45,000 Annually Based on Experience

Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Water Cleanup is hiring an organized and detail-focused Accounting and Financial Operations Specialist to support our accounting department in Ozark, Missouri.

This position is ideal for someone with bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration experience who wants to expand their skills and take on greater responsibility. You will help maintain accurate financial records, support reporting and closing processes, and provide leadership with reliable financial information.

• Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts

• Assist with monthly and year-end closing procedures

• Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation

• Help process payroll and maintain payroll records

• Track cash flow and review transactions for accuracy

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Maintain organized and confidential accounting records

• Support audits, tax preparation, and compliance reporting

• Recommend improvements to financial procedures and internal controls

• Provide accounting support and financial information to company leadership

Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial administration, or a similar role is preferred. Candidates should understand basic accounting principles and be comfortable using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

An associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate is accurate, dependable, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities. You should be comfortable working independently, protecting confidential information, and communicating financial details clearly.
