This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.#LI-AK1Develop marketing plans and strategies for all SEC scleral and hybrid brands in the USDevelop strategy and educational content for the Americas by working with professional affairs team to develop and write content for SEC events, including BTL and scleral strides as well as presentations for tradeshows and other eventsCreate educational content for events such as BTL’s scleral strides, tradeshows, and corporate account eventsResponsible for owning and managing PAA budget, including the prioritization of educational opportunities (both internal and external)In addition to US responsibilities, will also serves as key point person for the Canadian and LATAM teams (including product training) as well as different suppliers and international business partners. Serve as main contact for 3rd party licensing agreements, including contract negotiationsConsult with R&D and Global marketing on product development projects. This includes: adding features and options to our product offering, modifications of design, configuration of defaults parameters, and trial set configurationContinually research and analyze new technology opportunities to recommend, where appropriate, product extensions for company growth.Responsible for recruiting and relationship management of Specialty KOL’s and associations (SLS, GPLI, Woo U, etc)Oversee and manage philanthropic programsLecture on SEC products and topics, as well as moderate at events and tradeshowsTravel Requirements: Up to 30% annually throughout US and Canada.
