Job Duties:
Experience with quality inspection in manufacturing (IQC/LQC/OQC)
Familiarity with ISO/IATF quality management systems
Knowledge of measurement equipment such as CMM, XRF, gauges, microscopes
Hands-on experience with defect analysis tools (5-Why, Fishbone, etc.) Ziess
Incoming Inspection (IQC)
In-Process (Line) Quality Control (LQC)
Outgoing Inspection (OQC)
Quality Documentation & Records Management
Customer Quality Support
Measurement Equipment & Calibration Management
Continuous Quality Improvement
Education/experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Strong understanding of quality control principles and tools
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Communication and reporting skills in English (and/or Korean preferred)
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
